Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable resources, video lessons, and educational content after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

- Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team
- Incorrect charges caused by billing errors
